Come on out and get a nice morning ride in before the temperature gets unbearable. The group will depart at 10AM from Jo’s Coffee at 1300 S Congress St so arrive early if you want to have some breakfast before we leave. Eric is leading and anticipates the cruise around town will last a couple hours. The ride will finish at Austin Java at Enfield and Lamar and is open to scooters of all engine sizes.

So dust off your scoots, dig your helmet out of that closet and prepare yourself for some group riding awesomeness. There will be a free breakfast taco or cup of coffee for everyone that comes to the ride tomorrow.  Ian will be leading the ride on his crimson SYM HD200. This will be a ride for 125 cc  and up scooters.  Please remember to wear your helmet.

Agenda

  • 9 AM: Meet at Izzoz Tacos tomorrow morning on 1207 S 1st Street.  You must arrive by 9:50 to get your free taco or coffee.
  • 10 AM: Kickstands up. The ride will be a country ride to the east.
  • 12:30 PM: Head back into town. The ride will finish at Barton Springs Pool for a nice cool off.  Bring your pool gear if you would like to go swimming after the ride.

Every single weather forecast calls for heavy rains in the Austin area this Friday. Our usual Third Friday will be postpone one week with hopes for better weather the coming Friday. The ride will now be held on Friday, January 22. Our ride this month will cater to those scooterists brave enough to battle North Austin traffic.

Agenda
6 PM: Meet at Asia Café at 8650 Spicewood Springs Rd #114A for some tasty and authentic Chinese food.
7 PM: Go for a nice ride in the Spicewood Springs area.
8:30 PM: Finish our ride at Hideout Pub at 12164 N Mo Pac Expy with some cold beverages.
